Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized/customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items caused by customers
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the item and packaging.
